At Lupita Fashion, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation Window
Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of placement for a full refund.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lupilafashion.com and include your order number.
Orders Canceled Within 6 Hours
If your cancellation request is received within 6 hours of placing your order and the order has not yet entered the shipping process, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Orders Canceled After 6 Hours
Cancellation requests submitted more than 6 hours after the order is placed may not be accepted because processing and fulfillment may have already begun.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must instead follow our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
Shipped Orders
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Customers who no longer wish to keep the item after delivery may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Any applicable return shipping costs, restocking fees, or other charges outlined in the Return & Refund Policy will apply.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information when placing an order.
Orders delayed or shipped incorrectly due to inaccurate information provided by the customer may not be eligible for cancellation or reimbursement.
Refund Processing
Approved cancellation refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Exceptional Circumstances
Lupita Fashion reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
- Incorrect product information
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
