Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States and to eligible international destinations where our shipping service is available.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During peak seasons, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Order Cut-Off Time
The daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (PST).
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Method
We offer standard shipping for orders within the United States and international standard shipping for eligible destinations.
United States: Standard Shipping (USPS)
International: Standard International Shipping
Shipping Fee
United States: A flat shipping fee of $7.99 applies to all domestic orders.
International: A flat shipping fee of $8.99 applies to eligible international orders.
Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

International

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs clearance may occasionally cause additional delays beyond the estimated transit time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
Lupita Fashion is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, lost packages, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at support@lupilafashion.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
To assist us in resolving the issue, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable)
For domestic orders, we will work with USPS to investigate the issue. For international orders, we will work with the applicable shipping carrier to help find an appropriate resolution.

Although we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:
