1. How long does it take to receive my order?
We process orders within 1–3 business days, and shipping takes 5–9 business days. You can expect delivery within 6–12 business days total.

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All orders within the United States qualify for 100% free shipping—no minimums, no extra fees.

3. Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, but only if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Email us at support@lupilafashion.com as soon as possible.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

6. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use it to follow your package every step of the way.

7. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to update your shipping details. We can’t make changes after the order has shipped.

8. My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
We’re so sorry for the inconvenience! Please email us with a photo and your order number, and we’ll make it right.

9. What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unused, and in original condition. Contact us to start a return.

10. When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
